Microwave Systems for Ceramics

Cober microwave ovens are at the forefront of recent developments in microwave sintering of advanced ceramics, including non-oxides, tungsten carbides, silicon nitrides and boron carbides.  Microwave techniques rapidly sinter at temperatures up to 1700șC and produce very high quality fine microstructure results at very high speeds.

Cober works in conjunction with the materials sciences team at Penn State University to commercialize new and special purpose microwave sintering applications.

MODEL MS6000

Batch Microwave Sintering Oven provides precise control and measurement features for new process development and pilot production.

MODEL C30
